𝘞𝘦 𝘊𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘍𝘰𝘳 𝘠𝘰𝘶. As an adoptee, this track captures the creepy attitude the government had back in the old days when they thought they could invent a 'comforting' past for me to grow into. I'm not sure if this was the intention of the songwriters, but it's a kind of special anthem for me. Thankyou so much Selofan❤️🩹

Absolutely one of my favorite goth rock bands and albums!! I listen to this album on repeat sometimes; it just never gets old to me. It’s so haunting and beautiful in places and dark and gritty in others, which makes it exemplary goth rock music in my opinion. Exactly the kind of listening experience I want and enjoy so much.
